Termos de Pagamento:

50% do valor total será pago antecipadamente, antes do início do trabalho.

Os 50% restantes serão pagos quando a arte for concluída, antes da entrega.

Método de Pagamento:

O pagamento será feito via PayPal ou Pix (adicione o link ou sua chave de pagamento).

O pagamento será feito em duas parcelas:

A primeira parcela será paga antes do início do trabalho.

A segunda parcela será paga quando a ilustração estiver concluída.

Reembolsos e Cancelamentos:

Se o projeto for cancelado pelo artista nas fases iniciais de produção ou se for cancelado pelo cliente antes de o artista começar a produção (até as primeiras horas após o pagamento), o valor pago será reembolsado.

Se o projeto for cancelado após o início da produção, o reembolso será calculado conforme o tempo já investido no trabalho, com base na fase do processo.

Caso o trabalho seja finalizado e o cliente não esteja satisfeito, tentarei ajustar o que for necessário. Porém, caso o cliente queira cancelar, não será necessário pagar a segunda parcela, e o projeto será enviado como está, mas em tamanho reduzido.

Cronograma:

x-x dias para enviar um rascunho rápido do conceito.

x-x dias para trabalhar na arte final detalhada, com cores, sombras e iluminação. Após o envio, você poderá solicitar até 3 alterações, se necessário. Lembre-se: as mudanças são gratuitas, desde que não alterem a estrutura da ilustração, como mudar a pose, por exemplo.

x-x dias para finalizar a ilustração. Após a finalização, envio um vídeo mostrando que a arte está pronta. Esse vídeo será apenas uma amostra da obra final, podendo ter variações de cor e ângulo. Neste momento o pagamento da segunda metade deve ser feito para que a arte seja enviada. Caso precise de alguma revisão, pode ser feita posteriormente.

Revisões:

O cliente tem direito a x revisões após o envio da arte final. As revisões podem incluir ajustes de cor, detalhes ou refinamentos. Se as alterações forem além do que foi combinado inicialmente (como mudar a pose, roupa ou adicionar elementos extras), haverá custos adicionais. Esses custos serão calculados com base no tempo investido nas mudanças. Uma vez aprovado o rascunho, a arte final será produzida conforme o acordado.

Arte Final:

A ilustração final será entregue nos seguintes formatos:

JPEG (alta resolução, adequada para web e impressão)

TIFF (para impressão de alta qualidade)

Direitos e Uso:

O cliente tem direitos irrestritos para usar a ilustração final para qualquer propósito, incluindo uso pessoal, comercial ou promocional.

O artista mantém o direito de usar a obra em seu portfólio ou para fins promocionais, salvo acordo em contrário, por escrito, com o cliente.

Acordo:

Ao responder a este e-mail e prosseguir com o pagamento, ambas as partes confirmam sua compreensão e aceitação dos termos descritos neste contrato.

Payment Terms:

50% of the total price will be paid in advance, before the work begins.

The remaining 50% will be paid when the artwork is completed, before delivery.

Payment Method:

The payment will be made in two STEPS:

The first will be paid before the work begins.

The second half will be paid when the illustration is completed.

Refunds and Cancellations:

If the project is canceled by the artist in the early stages of production, or if it is canceled by the client before the artist begins production (within the first few hours after payment), the paid amount will be refunded.

If the project is canceled after the production has started, the refund will be calculated based on the time already invested in the work, according to the stage of the process.

If the work is completed and the client is not satisfied, I will try to adjust whatever is necessary. However, if the client wants to cancel, the second installment will not be required, and the project will be sent as is, but at a reduced size.

Timeline:

x-x days to send a quick sketch of the concept.

x-x days to work on the detailed final line art, with colors, shadows, and lighting. After the submission, you can request up to 3 changes, if necessary. Remember: changes are free as long as they do not alter the structure of the illustration, such as changing the pose, for example.

x-x days to finalize the illustration. After completion, I will send a video showing that the artwork is ready. This video will only be a sample of the final artwork, and may have color and angle variations. At this point the second half payment must be made for the artwork to be sent. If any revisions are needed, this can be done later.

Revisions:

The client is entitled to x revisions after the final artwork is submitted. Revisions may include color adjustments, details, or refinements. If the changes go beyond what was initially agreed upon (such as changing the pose, clothing, or adding extra elements), additional costs will apply. These costs will be calculated based on the time spent on the changes. Once the sketch is approved, the final artwork will be produced as agreed.

Final Artwork:

The final illustration will be delivered in the following formats:

JPEG (high resolution, suitable for web and print)

TIFF (for high-quality printing)

Rights and Usage:

The client has unrestricted rights to use the final illustration for any purpose, including personal, commercial, or promotional use.

The artist retains the right to use the artwork in their portfolio or for promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing with the client.
